This website stores no personal data. The contact form simply composes a message that opens in WhatsApp on your own device — nothing is transmitted to or kept by this site. The information you then choose to send (name, phone, email, request) goes directly to us through WhatsApp.
The information you send is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your messages are received only by St Tropez Security. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. WhatsApp's own processing is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Quote enquiries are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. Only web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@sttropezsecurity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
